How I Can Help
As a Solution-Focused Therapist in Northwest Arkansas, my goal is to help you uncover your true God-given potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating! While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Are you ready to tackle the relationship problems, behavior patterns and negative thinking that is holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life? I look forward to talking with you soon, either in-person or via telehealth.

Benefits of Online Counseling (Telehealth)
- Convenient- Schedule and conduct a session from home!
- No Commute- Online counseling is green! Reduce your carbon footprint!
These are but a few of the obvious benefits of telehealth. With ease in scheduling and the ability to conduct sessions from home, people who might not ordinarily seek out counseling can now benefit. For people with disabilitites including mobility issues, online counseling is a perfect solution. For people with busy schedules and long days, telehealth offers an alternative. People who live in rural communities will find online counseling a beneficial resource. Technology can provide people with access and choice.
Insurance
I am "in network" with the following insurance companies.
- Ambetter
- Arkansas Blue Cross
- Qualchoice
If your insurance is not listed, call them with these questions before your first session.
- Ask what your mental health benefits are, particularly if they will cover telehealth sessions.
- Ask if you have a deductible or copay, and if so, how much.
- Ask if I am a provider for your network, and if not, do you have out-of-network benefits. If so, what are they?
- If you do not have coverage, call me and we can discuss your fee. I have options and resources to offer you for affordable mental health care.
Emergency Contact Info
I do not provide 24 hour coverage for emergency services. If at anytime before or during our counseling you experience a mental health crisis, please call 911, go to the nearest ER for inpatient evaluation, or call the Suicide Prevention Hotline at 800-273-8255. If you are in NWA and experience a crisis, please call or go to one of these:
• Springwoods Behavioral Health, (479) 289-8638, 1955 Truckers Dr., Fayetteville, Arkansas 72704
• Vantage Point of NWA, (479) 310-8197, 4253 Crossover Rd, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703. Ask for the needs assessment department.
If none of these resources have beds available, they will refer you to other behavioral health units and assist you in getting there if necessary. Arkansas Crisis Intervention can be called at (888)274-7472 for resources and help.
